Community Development Recovery & Reinvestment Project
The project involves the construction of approximately 25,400 linear feet of sanitary sewer collection and conveyance system lines along with apputenances to serve the Village of Soldier and Sykesville School Road Area of the township. The Soldier Area sanitary system will connect to, and be treated by, the Borough of Sykesville sanitary sewer facilities.
