In conjunction with its official quarterly reports to the federal government, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has produced a Citizens’ Update on the impact and progress of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. This update expands on the data presented, and will help people understand how Pennsylvania is investing its Recovery Act funding.
A key provision of the federal recovery is regular public reporting of project status, spending, and job creation and retention. These quarterly reports will be made available on this web site and www.recovery.gov when they are released.

FUNDING CERTIFICATIONS
For all infrastructure projects funded by the federal Recovery Act the state is required to certify that the infrastructure investment has been fully reviewed and complies with applicable laws. To view these certifications, click here.

New Federal Reporting Guidance for Recipients of Recovery Act Awards
The federal Office of Management and Budget recently released new guidance on how recipients of Recovery Act awards should count jobs in their quarterly Section 1512 reports.
